While most of my career has been spent on integrated B2C clients, I have had a decent amount of experience in B2B work. Some of it is enterprise level, some is targeting business people and/or specific verticals.
This was our first original campaign (where we didn’t have to use stock photos) for Cox Business. Client was nervous but trusted us and we didn’t let them down. Awareness (and sales) in most markets rose by double digits. These ads were used across print, DM, OOH, buckslips, etc.
This campaign for Choice Hotels International was to try and get higher end independent/boutique hotels overseas to become a Choice Hotels International franchise without losing their own identity as part of the Ascend Collection.
Believe it or not, the Bahamas tourism account was heavily B2B as conventions, business meetings, charter companies and others were a main revenue source for our clients.
Religious conventions are big business in the Bahamas. That’s why we created this ad letting them know the Bahamas welcomed them with open arms.
Charter planes are very big for the Bahamas. They bring over many American tourists as well as shuttle them between the islands.
Corporate retreats, offshore meetings and conventions keep the Bahamas economy rolling during the off season.
Like most every tourism account in the United States, the Bahamas has a film office who are always trying to entice production on their shores. This ad was in a production scouting guide.
Most people consider B2B advertising aimed at enterprise level and C-suite personnel. However, most businesses in the US are actually small without procurement officers or even COOs. Airtran knew they couldn’t afford to ignore these businesses if they were to succeed. We placed these as billboards and bus sides in downtown mid-size cities. We also resized and ran them as static banners online.
We created new campaigns every quarter which forced us to stay original. This campaign touted how Cox Business Solutions help businesses succeed. Client loved the work and it helped grow their business as well. These ads were used across print, DM, OOH, buckslips, etc.
